They videos that money back guarantee is not easy as they showing! So never buy anything from this site they are scammers and its waste of time to prove something. G2A itself cannot be recommended at all due to the acceptance of fraud. I bought a gift card from a seller, who then provided me with a wrong code. Their is a subscription button and fee's for inactivity, also a transaction fee which increases the total price on new titles, you'll save pennies, not pounds so check each page before you proceed. If your buying from a third party, check the reviews or your going to get burned.
Bottom line, buying from G2A direct is like buying any second hand product, some risk. If your buying from a third party the risk increases so you need to thoroughly check out the buyers reviews. Compare prices as they are certainly not always cheaper. Summary, G2A is a honey trap, behind lots of fanfare and show its on par with online Poker sites a lot of effort has gone into dressing up a second hand site and hiding lots of hidden charges.
I havent had many transactions on g2a. I have purchased 2 games on the site; Black ops 3 I have had a percent success rate. You can, however, believe some of the horror stories online about invalid keys and the terrible refund process. I have had close friends use the site and receive those invalid keys only to be told by G2A that the key was legitimate and unused. Even purchasing g2a shield will not guarantee a refund.
Luckily, my friends used paypal who quickly refunded their money after confirming with Steam that the code had previously been used or is not valid. One thing I can suggest is taking screenshots of you transaction. When your key first comes onto the screen, take a screenshot. After confirming, take a screenshot of whether or not the key was accepted or rejected. This will help you to confirm that you entered the key exactly as it was given to you. If something does go wrong, you can submit these screenshots as evidence.
Overall I have had a good experience with g2a. Unfortunately your mileage may vary. Tip for consumers: Watch for hidden fees! And confirm with your credit card company or paypal that you can get your money back.

But money is tight and we all love games so we have options like this. I do not advise buying from them. You lose your money and get a regional copy of the game. They have slow support. Easy to find great deals and also discount codes are useful. Even the new games are cheaper so will buy again. Bought a Malwarebytes 12month key, license expired after 3 month. No refund, no new key. I had to escalate to paypal, then chargeback for my bank.
